Workshop Manual Free
I'm surprised there's any sort of manual, within the regulations of the sport it's designed for, there's so little you can do to them work mostly consists of taking off one standard part and replacing it with another.
AFAIK, anything non standard is usually the work of the individual tuner, so timing settings, cam profiles etc., will be whatever the mechanic has found to work over time.
There's a few bits that come off the shelf and almost everyone uses (Blixt carbs spring to mind) but I think a lot of it is trial and error.
Since you live in speedway central, I would suggest a trip to a meeting and talking to a few mechanics/riders.
